Meet my 50

FOLLOWERS!!!

Can you believe that 50 people read this?!

Well, of course you can since you're one of them. But for me it still gives me a giddy smile every time I think about it. I have to be careful, because if I really start to think about it then it makes me paralyzed with intimidation a tiny bit nervous because then I start thinking about how much I love so many of your blogs and what a talented audience I have!

Phew, no pressure right?

Ok a little pressure is a good thing and I'm so honored and sill-ily excited that you are reading this, so I'm just going to live it up and celebrate! Naturally, in my mind, the logical way to celebrate is to turn it right back around and have a glance a how wonderful you are too!

I used random.org to pull out a few numbers to help me pick 3 of my followers with blogs for us to get to know a little better!

Fun huh?!

Ok, I can't wait any longer.... you're gonna love these:

Meet Sandra at
Three Pumpkins Little

She's a mom of 3 boys, which I'm just 9 month into understanding how loud, crazy and fun that must be! With three boys and a husband in the house. And, at least in our house, my husband really should just count as one biiiig boy at heart. We've got all sorts of rough tumbling going on with just my "two" boys that it's even more amazing to think about how she finds time to have a beautifully decorated home and come up with such lovely clothes to make!

This shelf to hutch remodel is fabulous. You have to go check out her before pictures. What a transformation! I also happen to love the color of the wall it's up against. I'm pulling all the stops around here to convince my darling, wonderful, perfect, strong (men like to be called strong right?) husband to let me paint our master bedroom again... hint, hint, pretty please if you're reading this? (We just painted last spring, but who's counting?)

Wait, there's more... Now it was hard enough to choose which post to feature, and because a lot of you might have already seen her adorable skirts from Skirt Week and mostly just because I'm a bit of a sucker for t-shirt refashions, I had to share this one with you. Do you blame me for falling all over myself for her ruffle t-shirt scarf ?!

Don't you just want to run and make one of these now even though it's the dead of summer?! What a great idea!

Meet Serena at
Nap Time Crafts

She only sews during nap times, hence the name :), and somehow manages to make tons of a really cute clothes.

Best of all, she sews for boys quite a bit! I almost dropped the computer when I saw her Baby Boy Baseball set. I love the little baseball teether that she made and the cutest bib with mini baseballs to go with it. And yes, she did make a great bib tutorial and pattern for us to check out too!

I also have to tell you that from now on I'm going to have to consider her my mod podge go-to-gal with the countless number of adorable mod podge crafts! One of my favorites of course was this car notebook for boys.
Quick, easy, great gift idea! Yes please!

Next....

She just opened her Etsy store and I can't wait to check out some of the lovely jewelry she sells on there.

My favorite so far is her Knot & Pearl
necklace. The pearls couldn't be more elegant and look like something straight out of a catalog. Best part... she even shared how she made it here!

Get ready, because she's not just good at making creative necklaces. You'll know exactly what I mean if you check out this super cute Star-Spangled Food Platter!

It's cute enough that I just might have to find an excuse to throw my own little star-spangled bash before next 4th of July! I just love those hot dogs lined up and even on the blue plate! Perfect!

Thanks for sharing with us ladies!

I hope you enjoyed getting to know some my followers too. As soon as I get a new follower I try really hard to hop over to their blog too. I sincerely appreciate the encouragement, motivation and most importantly the inspiration I get from my fellow dwellers in this wonderful bloggy blog world.

Soooo, what do you think? I thought it'd be fun for me to do this every once in a while with 3 random followers. Maybe every big mile stone number of followers or so? I don't want to count any chickens here, but we'll see how things go if you like this sort of thing :) One concern though, is it unfair to followers who don't have blogs? How do I show you the love too?
